DELIVERY OPTIONS, TIMELINES & FEES
- Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 3-5 working days, with a shipping fee of $5.95.
- For mainland Europe, standard shipping also takes 3-5 working days, and there is a shipping fee of $15.
- If you're in the US, please allow 7 days for standard shipping, with a shipping fee of $20.
- For worldwide shipping, please allow 7 days, and the shipping fee is $30.
Please note that all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
When shipping items to countries outside of the US, please be aware that they may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges, known as Import Fees, are the responsibility of the recipient, who serves as the importer of record in the destination country.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
To track the current status of your shipment, simply follow the instructions provided in your dispatch email. The email will include a link to either the Interlink or FedEx website. By entering your shipment's tracking number on the relevant website, you can view its status. Please allow at least four hours from the receipt of your dispatch email before using the tracking tool.
At MyEssia, we ensure that each purchase is protected during transit until it reaches your specified delivery address.
A signature is required upon delivery of the goods. Once the goods have been signed for, the responsibility for your purchase is transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, please note that their signature (or the signature at the delivery address) serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by MyEssia, thereby transferring responsibility in the same manner.
Upon receiving your goods, please carefully check the number of boxes received against the accompanying documentation. Additionally, ensure that the package is not damaged, wet, or tampered with in any way. If you notice any irregularities with your order, please notify MyEssia immediately.
