How many tasks can I REALLY give my specialist? How much does this cost? I’m sold – how do I sign up?

Glad you asked. We have answers. Your Essia Concierge Membership billing period begins at the time of payment. You’ll be charged $99 per month until you pause or cancel your membership. There’s no long-term commitment and you can pause or cancel anytime. All amounts are shown in USD.

How much does a Essia Concierge subscription cost?

A Essia Concierge subscription is $99/month (plus applicable taxes) for unlimited tasks . There is no long-term commitment; you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

We're currently serving all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Subscription plans, options, and promotions are likely to evolve and expand as Essia Concierge continues to grow.


What’s included in the subscription fee? What’s not included?

Your monthly subscription fee gives you access to the Essia Concierge Team: a guide to help you reach your goals, and a collective of specialists to whom you can delegate unlimited tasks every month.

If we work with a third-party service provider or a local pro (like a landscaper or handyman in or outside of our Essia Concierge Network), you’ll pay for that service separately as detailed in the options that we provide.


Can I give a Essia Concierge subscription as a gift?

Can Essia Concierge handle tasks -related to my job or business?

We created Essia Concierge to help busy women and their families with their daily lives and their personal task lists, not work-related tasks . Unfortunately, the Essia Concierge Team is not set up to support business tasks . If you signed up to use Essia Concierge for work-related tasks that we cannot support, we can issue you a refund. In order to start the refund process, please pause or cancel your subscription and contact support@myessia.com


Why aren’t other subscription plans available, like fewer tasks per month for a lower price?

Our goal is to help Essia Concierge members offload their list, without a stopwatch or running tally of every single task completed. Having an unlimited plan helps us deliver on that goal and reduces the mental load on our members. With Essia Concierge, you never have to worry about “running out” of tasks because you’ve exceeded your max for the month.

We’re excited to offer this plan to see how much working parents and heads of households utilize the service, then customize future subscription plans and price points to accommodate different families.


Are local pros and third-party services included in the monthly subscription cost?

No, your subscription fee does not cover the costs of local pros or third-party services. If you give us permission to purchase a service (like food delivery) or hire a local pro (like a plumber from the Essia Concierge Network) on your behalf, you'll pay for this extra cost out of pocket, separately from your monthly Essia Concierge subscription fee. All third-party service costs will be detailed in the options that we provide you, and require your approval before anything is booked.

How do I pause my Essia Concierge subscription?
Pausing your subscription is easy. Just go to membership settings in the web app and click the pause link; your paid subscription will remain active until the end of that current billing cycle. After that, you can still access all the features available in the free Essia Concierge app.


How do I reactivate my paused subscription?

You can restart your subscription at any time by visiting your Membership settings by selecting Reactivate subscription.  You’ll be charged $99 (plus any applicable taxes) immediately, and each recurring month on that same date for as long as your subscription remains active.

Can I cancel my Essia Concierge subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Essia Concierge subscription at any time. There is no long-term commitment. And you always have the option of pausing your subscription at any time while keeping access to the free version of the Essia Concierge app.

To cancel your subscription, just log in to your account at Essia Concierge.com and go to the Membership tab where you’ll see a link to cancel. Once you’ve canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
